played dodgeball with the kids today for the last class of the year. Tomorrow is the completetion ceremony and then i start my break until april 5th. I have a party tomorrow and the night after that. It should be fun. I made some delicious banana pancakes with cinnamon apple compote as a topping. They basically turned into tacos with the apples as the filling. I really just surprise myself sometimes when i cook. I made some onions and mushrooms with pork and wine last night and it turned out okay. Not super good, but i guess i have to learn how to cook properly with alcohol. It seems to work better in desserts than in savory dishes.
