Just another day. The weekend is soon. At least yesterday i went to the last elementary school for the year. I made hot and sour soup last night and i got the taste right pretty much, but not the heat. I need to probably put in some oil based heat next time. I went conservative and didn't add that many things into it. I saved the mushrooms i bought for it, and just put in some pickled stuff and tofu and egg. Bet i would be better with the mushrooms and whatever else they put in it normally. I kind of want to go back to the Asian Wind in Lexington and just ask the chefs there for the recipes, like pay 10 bucks for each and it would be worth it i think.
